The Jump Party, LLC Rental Policy & Terms

Delivery Times

Deliveries start at 6:30 AM & are typically scheduled as late as 12 PM. Custom delivery times can be accommodated per a contract. Pick-ups are typically before 12 PM the following morning or can be accommodated to be at the party end time on the contract.

Deposits

All orders booked require a 10% deposit (paid via the website checkout process or over the phone with a credit card, Venmo, PayPal, etc. Deposits ensure that over-zealous reservations don’t “hold” all of our inventory away from others. In this nature, deposits are non-refundable (but do go towards your overall rental!)

Cancellations

All cancellations must be called in by 5 PM EST, the day before your rental. All cancellations before 5 PM EST will be issued a full refund. Any cancellations made after 5 PM EST, those funds will be held for any future reservation.

Once the equipment is delivered, the FULL AMOUNT IS DUE regardless of the total time used.

Weather

We ask that the customer be informed of approaching weather conditions for the day(s) of your rentals.  We do our best to accommodate all customers in times of unforeseen weather and/or emergency conditions. The Jump Party will not cancel due to weather unless we feel it would endanger our equipment. The decision to cancel based on weather is solely up to the customer.

Renter’s Procedures

We want to ensure everyone has a safe & fun experience. Each renter (those who rent) should read and understand the following instructions.

Pre-Delivery Procedures

  • TJP will provide a delivery window 2-3 days before the day of the event. Confirmation of the delivery window from the customer is required.
  • The customer will be available or will have appointed another adult to be available at the time of delivery.
  • The delivery area is accessible by the equipment necessary for the item(s) being delivered. (Ex.) 36″ for the inflatables dolly; 66″ for the dunk tank trailer).
  • Electric & power requirements are available at the delivery site at the time of delivery (electric and power requirements are described on each item & communicated days ahead of delivery).

Operating Procedures

  • The inflatable should not be operated if winds exceed 15 mph, rain, or lightning conditions exist.
  • All riders must remove their shoes.
  • Only riders of the same size should be allowed on the inflatable at the same time.
  • Riders must remove loose or sharp objects. This includes jewelry and glasses.
  • No food or drink is allowed on the inflatable. This includes gum or candy.
  • The rated capacity should never be exceeded. Please refer to the safety chart on the inflatable.
  • The operator should be in close proximity to the entrance of the ride.
  • While the ride is in operation, the operator should watch the riders at all times. No rough play or pushing and no flips. Climbing on sidewalls is not allowed.
  • Riders who do not obey the operator’s rules after being warned should be asked to exit the inflatable.
  • The operator must strictly enforce rules for the safety of all riders.
  • The operator should assist riders on and off the inflatable.
  • Riders are not allowed to bounce or jump on the entrance ramp.

Pickup Procedures

  • All The Jump Party units will be accessible at the scheduled pickup time (typically before 12 PM, the following morning)
  • The pickup area will be safe and free of hazards
Communication Opt-In

The Jump Party will be in contact, at-minimum, during the following times throughout the booking process

  1. Confirmation of online booking via phone, email and/or text message.
  2. Providing delivery window time, 2-3 days before day of delivery.
  3. Providing exact ETA for delivery on the day of delivery.
  4. Providing exact ETA for pickup on the day of pickup.
  5. One text message following the rental requesting product/service feedback and reviews.
