Inflatable Reservations - Frequently Asked Questions

All drop-offs are between 6:30 AM – 12 PM on the day of the reservation. We’ll always be in contact regarding when out for delivery. Need an evening delivery? Let us know!

All pickups are typically done before 12 AM. We’ll reach-out when we’re on our way!

Yes. We’ll ask that someone always be available during drop-off or pickup.

Every rental with The Jump Party is overnight! Jump all day & jump in the morning until we arrive! With each rental, you have the ability to reserve additional days for a heavily discounted rate!

Our website is in real-time! If an inflatable shows as available when scheduling (or calling), it is available.

Pricing varies depending on the size / style of the inflatable (Bounce House, Water Slide, Combo, Toddler Bounce House). Delivery fees  (starting @ $25) are calculated based on mileage from our warehouse just off of I-70 in London. View our pricing page for more info.

Small deposits are required to reserve an inflatable & are non-refundable (unless we cancel). We require deposits to ensure everyone fairly reserves our inventory & doesn’t over-commit.

Absolutely. Call us before 5PM the day before the scheduled delivery date & we’ll cancel your booking & refund your deposit in full!

All of our inflatables & equipment can get wet without issue (we do sometimes recommend drying things off before jumping back in!)

Regarding weather & cancellations, The Jump Party will not cancel due to inclement weather. Please monitor the weather in your area & if feeling the need to cancel, please call us before 5PM the day before delivery & we’ll refund your deposit in full!

All inflatables are secured to the ground upon delivery. However, wind conditions should be actively monitored in your area.

For cancellations, if expecting gusts >20 MPH consistently throughout the day, you can cancel your reservation before 5PM the day before the scheduled delivery.

If the inflatable is already delivered and the wind picks up to >20 MPH, it is REQUIRED that the inflatable be deflated IMMEDIATELY.

Deposits are paid via credit card via our website or over the phone. The remaining balances are due the day of drop-off and can be paid via Cash, Check, Credit Card, Venmo or PayPal. If planning to pay via Venmo or PayPal, we recommend checking to ensure your account is active & accessible before we arrive.

All rentals by default are 1-day & overnight. However, we offer heavily discounted rates for additional days and the number of days is entirely up to you!

Good question. We provide a checklist upon reservation but here are a few highlights.

  • Ensure The Jump Party can access the area.
  • Ensure the setup site is big enough for the inflatable.
  • Check for overhead trees, branches, etc.
  • Absolutely ensure there are no overhead powerlines within 30 feet of the setup site.

All dimensions are listed with each deliverable. Please ensure you have a least 3 feet of space surrounding all sides of the inflatable. The inflatable entrances typically extend outwards 3′ x 3′ as well.

We will need to fit our dolly through your gate (3′ at least) & 5.5′ for dunk tanks.

Grass, turf or cement are preferred. No rocks as these can damage the bottom of our inflatables. Setting up on a hard surface? Let us know after booking & we’ll ensure we have all proper weights & ASTM mats for entrances & exits.

We require a <10% grade for the entire area. If there are minor low spots / high spots within the area, that is typically OK & our team will review upon delivery or your can send our team a picture ahead of delivery.

Parks and other public places may require special permits, or may not even allow bounce houses. PLEASE DO NOT make reservations for these types of events online. Please contact the park or call our office. We will be happy to assist you. Any reservations made online for these locations will not be honored.

Just unplug it! Most inflatables deflate & reinflate within 60 seconds!

Each inflatable varies. We’ll list this information with each reservation & it can also be found on the inflatable itself on the day of. It is typically 8-10 individuals for a full-size inflatable.

It depends! Most full-sized bounce houses & water slides are for all ages! We do have some smaller units that we typically recommend for the 5 to 12-year-old range. We also have bounce houses for toddlers!

A power source of 115 volts and at least on 15 amp circuit must be within 100ft from the furthest corner of the setup area.

Yes & no. Regular wear & tear does occur so no issue there. If an inflatable is significantly damaged, you could be responsible for repairs and/or replacements. We always ensure our inflatables stay in great shape and will take pictures before/after each reservation.

Not at all. If you’re renting for 3+ days, you might encounter slumpy grass for a few days after but nothing that won’t return to normal very quickly.

Absolutely. Given the typical size of inflatables, gyms, pole Barns, etc. are what we typically see but if there’s sufficient space for setup & entry to the area, they can absolutely go indoors.

We’ve never encountered a severe injury but obviously, the risk does exist. All jumpers should be supervised by an adult & there should be absolutely no rough-housing, flips, etc. We recommend a 2-strike policy for jumpers & will provide your team a full safety rundown at the time of delivery!

Yes! When we set up a water slide rental, we either set it up for water or dry. When dry, we typically use a special cover for the slide. We’ll ask when we arrive how you’d like the setup to be.

Yes! Please have a hose available to connect with the inflatable. We always carry a few spares but we ask that you provide your own and ensure it will reach the furthest corner of where you’d like the inflatable setup!

Cleanliness is a huge priority for us. We clean & sanitize all inflatables before and after each and every reservation.
